SPIRITS OF THE SPOTTS-COFFMAN HOUSE 1 HOUR TOUR

Join us for the “Spirits of the Spotts-Coffman House” 1-hour tour, where you will explore Staunton’s most haunted residence, rich with history and ghostly tales. Located at 22 S. Coalter Street, this historic home has been the backdrop for generations of life and death, including numerous funeral services, and is said to be inhabited by those who once called it home. During the tour, you’ll hear first-hand accounts of paranormal encounters shared by current homeowners and learn about true historic events intertwined with local ghost stories. The tour consists of 15 minutes outdoors and 45 minutes inside the house, beginning at 7:00 pm. It is suitable for ages 13 and up, with tickets priced at $18. For those seeking an even deeper experience, an optional 1-hour paranormal add-on is available for $10 per person. This segment allows you to use various paranormal equipment, such as EMF meters and dowsing rods, and participate in EVP and spirit box sessions to communicate with the other side. You may even bring your own equipment, except for Ouija boards. Additionally, experience the debut of the upgraded Hexbox spirit box during the session. Parking is free at the nearby New Street Parking Garage, just a 10-minute walk from the house, and along Coalter Street.
