11/11 Sound Bath Meditation You are invited to come enjoy a unique experience with this Sound Bath Meditation led by Greg Burns of Metta Vibrations. The sound bath experience is gaining popularity in today’s world as a wellness practice, helping to promote states of deep relaxation for both mind and body. The sounds of singing bowls, gong, chimes and more will fill the atmosphere allowing folks to lie down to absorb and bathe in the soundscape and vibrations. Greg will have a handful of yoga mats and blankets available to use, although you may want to consider bringing your own mat, blanket, pillow, etc to creste a comfortable resting spot.
