Conscious Ecstatic Dance Gathering at Queen City Music Studios

Join us for a transformative morning of Conscious Ecstatic Dance Gathering at Queen City Music Studios on Saturday, November 14, 2026, from 9:30 to 11:00 AM in Staunton, VA. Hosted by Annabeth McNamara and Mary Louise Rose, this event invites dancers of all levels to feel the beat, move freely, and express themselves through music and movement. Mary Louise Rose, a certified health and life coach and yoga instructor, emphasizes a holistic approach to well-being and personal growth, while Annabeth McNamara, a talented singer-songwriter and teaching artist, fosters creative connections through her passion for music. This gathering is presented in partnership with the Valley Dance Community and Queen City Music Studios, which serves as a hub for music instruction, community gatherings, and events. Come let go, find your rhythm, and move together in a space that celebrates self-expression and connection. For more information, visit the Queen City Music Studios website.
