Holiday Workshop Series

Join our Holiday Workshop Series for an immersive experience into the festive traditions of various countries and time periods. Each week, participants aged 16 and up can take part in hands-on workshops that explore holiday customs and create unique crafts to take home. Highlights include making an ivy and holly wreath inspired by 17th century England, painting springerle cookies while learning German holiday superstitions from the 18th century, crafting lebkuchen dough reminiscent of 1820s Virginia traditions, and creating pomanders reflective of the Antebellum period in 1850s Virginia. Workshops are priced at $25 per person, and spaces are limited.
