Sarah Anderson – Opening Reception

Join us for a vibrant, pet-loving, art-filled gathering featuring artist, author, and photographer Sarah Anderson! Residing in Ruckersville, Virginia, Sarah creates eclectic, pop-art-inspired paper mosaic portraits that pack a punch of texture and personality. Blending elements of quilting, collage, and painting, her work adds layers and depth that beg a closer look. As a former service dog trainer, Sarah brings a deep understanding of the canine mind to her work. She specializes in capturing the candid, goofy, and utterly human sides of dogs (yes, complete with hats and festive attire) to bring a little levity to your day. Come meet the artist, admire the craftsmanship up close, and celebrate the joyful idea that “animals are people, too.” What to Expect: Meet & greet with artist Sarah Anderson A stunning showcase of original mixed media animal portraits Great conversation with fellow art and animal lovers
