SPIRITS OF THE SPOTTS-COFFMAN HOUSE 1 HOUR OCTOBER TOURS

Join us this October for the SPIRITS OF THE SPOTTS-COFFMAN HOUSE tour, a thrilling hour-long experience at Staunton’s most haunted residence. Step into the infamous Spotts-Coffman House, a historic site where generations lived—and many died—now echoing with the stories of those who may still linger in the afterlife. Guests will hear spine-tingling, first-hand accounts of ghostly encounters directly from current homeowners, revealing the haunting energy that fills the house. The tour assembles at 22 S. Coalter Street, guiding participants both inside the house for 50 minutes and outside for 10 minutes. In addition to the main tour, there’s an optional 1-hour paranormal add-on available for $10, where guests can use various pieces of paranormal equipment such as EMF meters and dowsing rods, and actively participate in EVP and spirit box sessions. This tour is suitable for ages 13 and up, with tickets priced at $18. FREE parking is available at the nearby New Street Parking Garage, just a short walk away.
