SPIRITS OF THE SPOTTS-COFFMAN HOUSE 1 HOUR OCTOBER TOURS

Experience the eerie charm of the Spotts-Coffman House, renowned as Staunton’s most haunted residence, during our 1-hour tours throughout October. This historic home, once the site of numerous funeral services, is believed to be inhabited by spirits of its past residents. Join us for spine-tingling tales and first-hand accounts of ghostly encounters from the current homeowners as we explore the house’s haunted history. The tour begins at 7:00 PM at 22 S. Coalter Street, where you will spend 50 minutes inside and 10 minutes outside. Suitable for ages 13 and up, tickets are available for $18. For those seeking a deeper paranormal experience, an optional 1-hour add-on is available for $10, allowing participants to use equipment like EMF meters and dowsing rods, conduct EVP sessions, and engage in spirit box sessions. Feel free to bring your own equipment, excluding Ouija boards. Free parking is available at the New Street Parking Garage, just a 10-minute walk from the house.
