Brought to you by the owners of Accordia, Cosette Café delights downtown Staunton with international-inspired breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and snacks.  Open at 7:30, the café is a perfect stop to grab breakfast before your morning commute. Star Party Winery Tasting Room / 23 E Beverley St.

Family-owned Star Party Winery uses traditional methods in the small-scale production of natural wines in the Shenandoah Valley. Natural wines use native yeast and local grapes. The also limit their use of additives and pesticides. Star Party’s new tasting room is located in downtown Staunton and is open for tastings by appointment. There’s indoor seating as well as seasonal seating on the roof deck!

Art Hive /835 Spring Hill Road

Are you feeling creative? You’ll be at home at Art Hive, Staunton’s new art and reuse space, which collects reusable art and craft components and sells them inexpensively for your original projects. Along with supplies, the Art Hive offers a community vibe, workspace, and a selection of workshops and classes. Look for seasonal selections like “murder-ariums,” intros to various media, specific projects like denim bag creation, and ongoing favorites like “stitch ‘n bitch.”

Local chain Micah’s Coffee has opened a new location in Staunton. This locally-owned business sells hand-crafted gourmet custom coffee. The new location serves drive-thru customers and functions as a central hub for Micah’s business. Peruse the menu for coffee, tea, Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos, smoothies, hot chocolate, and fresh baked goods.

Hard-core lit enthusiasts and casual readers alike will adore the curated selection of used books to be found at Staunton Books. Books are $6 each or 3 for $15. Kids’ books are an even bigger bargain at $3 each.
