Join us for a hands-on experience like no other with our Outdoorsman Venison Processing & Open Flame Culinary Workshop! Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or just looking to learn something new, this class is designed to immerse you in the time-honored traditions of the great outdoors. This class is divided into two sections: (stay for one or join us for both) 1. Venison Processing Workshop (Hands on): 9:00am – 1:00pm 2. Open Flame Cooking w/ Venison: 2p-3p (Observe Only) What You’ll Learn:  Master the Craft of Venison Field Dressing: From field to table, learn the essentials of preparing your venison with precision and respect. Master the craft of venison processing, from field dressing to breaking down a whole deer. Our seasoned experts from the Department of Wildlife Resources will guide you through each step, ensuring you gain confidence and precision in your cuts.  Open Flame Cooking Techniques: Harness the power of fire as you learn to cook your venison over an open flame; We’ve developed recipes to pair with each cut of meat showcasing the use of beer.
