March Featured Artist Victoria Sadowski Opening

Join us for the opening reception of “Rustic,” a solo exhibition by Victoria Sadowski that explores the harmonious, nostalgic, and grit-filled world of agriculture. About the Exhibition: “Rustic” Betwen untamed wildlife and the urban sprawl lies the “gray area”” of agriculture. It is a place where the chaos of nature and the order of the human world clash—yet, somehow, work in perfect harmony. In this body of work, Victoria Sadowski captures the deep sense of purpose and culture found in farm life. Inspired by the idealized landscapes of Grant Wood and Jean-François Millet, “Rustic” aims to ignite a sense of deep, cultural nostalgia. Through a blend of acrylic, watercolor, gouache, and ink, Sadowski invites viewers to return to their roots and consider a simpler way of living—one where abundance is measured in more than just profit, and the animals that make life hectic also give us endless reasons to smile. Opening Reception When: Saturday, March 7 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM What: Meet the artist, enjoy the collection, and celebrate the beauty of the countryside. FREE Show runs throughout March Meet the Artist Victoria Sadowski resides in Esmont, VA, and holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Maine College of Art. Her diverse background spans graphic design, interior design, fashion production, and custom art framing. Now a freelance artist, Victoria draws inspiration from the farm life she grew up around in New England, as well as the abundant countryside of Central Virginia. Come for the art, stay for the community. We look forward to seeing you there! “A farm is one of the most nostalgic sights… it reminds us of how we got here.”
