SPIRITS OF THE SPOTTS-COFFMAN HOUSE- STAUNTON’S MOST HAUNTED HOUSE

Step inside the infamous Spotts-Coffman House, long considered Staunton’s most haunted residence. A place where generations lived—and many died. Once a setting for numerous funeral services, this historic home now holds the lingering energy of its past. Join us as we unveil the stories of those who once called this place home—and who may still linger in the afterlife. Hear spine-tingling, first-hand accounts of ghostly encounters directly from the current home owners. Are you brave enough to face what lies within? This is a 1 hour tour that assembles at 22 S. Coalter Street in Staunton, just in front of the house. You are outside for 15 minutes and inside the house from 40-45 minutes. This tour conveys true historic events, ghost stories associated with those historic events and first hand eye witness accounts of paranormal activity. Tour begins at 7:00 pm. Ages 13 and up for this tour. All tickets are $18 Parking is FREE in the New Street Parking Garage and is a 10 minute walk to the front of the house.
