Honoring Our Ancestors

Having compassion for our ancestors empowers us to have compassion for ourselves: we are an extension of our ancestors, and we will become an ancestor for future generations. In this 2-2 ½ hour event participate with:

Guided Meditations -Tap into the ancestral sacrifices and resilience within ourselves we carry in our own DNA and bones -Have patterns we keep repeating that lives in our DNA and bones cleared and energized

Create an Ancestral Altar – Bring photos and/or objects of your ancestors. If you don’t have any, we will draw and create them.
