PERSIAN COOKING CLASS

Hello everyone! My name is Soudie and I am excited to share some of my favorite Persian food recipes and teach you how to prepare them yourselves! Some of the dishes I will be teaching you how to cook include aromatic rice, pan-made ground beef kabob koobideh, chicken and pomegranate with walnut stew, vegetarian eggplant dish, cucumber salad, and Persian yogurt dip. I will also be teaching you how to prepare traditional drinks and Persian style tea. I hope to see you all there!
