Piper Groves: Artist Show Opening Reception

Please join us in celebrating the work of Piper Groves. Piper is an award-winning printmaker living in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. She works primarily with monoprinting, collage, and acrylic sculpture.

Her monoprints are created with airy but rich colors using a unique method of water-based inks printed onto dry paper. Piper is the Executive Director of the Shenandoah Valley Art Center and is passionate about inspiring artists and facilitating cultural appreciation for the visual arts. She also teaches printmaking to adults and high school students. She lives in Staunton with her husband, son, and three cats.
