POEMS + SOUND This class will pair the soothing sounds of singing bowls with poems and selected readings. As folks relax and enjoy the ethereal and calming sounds from the singing bowls Greg will intersperse personally selected poetry and readings intended to help the mind reflect and view through a different lens. Think sound bath with Rumi sprinkled throughout type of thing. Class will last 50-55 minutes. Wednesday, 1/14 Phoenix downtown studio 3pm $20 Phoenix downtown studio is located at 2 N Central Ave, Staunton VA 24401. Parking is public street and garage parking in the surrounding blocks. No prior experience needed. All props are available – mats, blankets, bolsters, etc. You’re also welcome to bring your own items.
