Root & Restore: Stress Relief Workshop
Join us for an evening filled with useful daily practices to bring you more peace and harmony to these stressful times. Our 3 speakers will discuss self care, self massage, nutritional care for stress reduction and we will end the class with a slow flow yoga session.
