Find your center and embrace the start of the week with our rejuvenating yoga class led by Alex Westen, Mondays at 5 pm Join us at Sol Art Center (6 Byers St, Staunton, VA) for a blend of hatha yoga, Kundalini breathwork, and meditation.
All ages and abilities are welcome, and classes are donation-based. Just bring your own mat and some water, and let’s flow together!
